The provision of goods and services by Tech at Cost is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Tech at Cost will refund the client in full within 30 days, however products advertised on the Store are in physical stock locally with Tech at Cost, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15 % administration fee if the order has already been paid in full (managers discretion) . All Warranties unless otherwise stipulated remain with the manufacturer of the product. Any product received by the client after purchase is deemed to be in good working order if Tech at Cost is not notified in writing within 48 working hours of receiving the item.
Any item brought to our attention within the said 48 working hour period will be replaced by Tech at Cost, if the item is not available or no longer in stock, Tech at Cost will allow the Client to substitute the item for replacement, the client will have to settle any price difference, however shipping will be covered by Tech at Cost, alternatively Tech at Cost will refund the client.
