Communication was clear… read more and without delay. I will certainly recommend them to others and buy more from Laptops@Cost [This time there was a fault with the initial purchase. Martin immediately sent a replacement machine, allowed me to keep the crashing machine until I received my new Dell XPS17. the communication and responsiveness was above and beyond any expectation]
