When speaking to him, he remembered our discussion and brought to my attention the different model which I ordered. Impressive seeing that many vendors cannot remember you after an hour. I normally do all my shopping online and have dealt with many individuals the past couple of year. Happy to say that Martin is one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with.
